در این مقاله به مسئله ردیابی و دسته‏بندی یک هدف مانوردار به صورت هم‏زمان پرداخته شده است. مسئله تعیین کلاس سیستم می‏تواند در بسیاری از کاربردها باعث بهبود عملکرد الگوریتم ردیابی شود. سیستم‏های مراقبت نظیر کنترل ترافیک هوایی، مراقبت دریایی و پدافند هوایی مثال بارز از این سیستم‏ها می‏باشند‌که بسیار ضروری است کلاس هدف در هر زمان مشخص باشد. بر خلاف الگوریتم‏های مرسوم ارائه شده تاکنون که برای هرکلاس یک فیلتر مجزا در نظر می‏گیرند، دراین مقاله با استفاده ازیک فیلتر ذره‌ای الگوریتمی ارائه می‌شود که به صورت هم‏زمان قابلیت ردیابی هدف مانوردار و‌کلاس هدف را دارد. این روش منجر به عملکرد صحیح ردیابی در اهدف مانوری و کاهش چشمگیری در حجم محاسبات شده است. نتایج شبیه‏سازی نشان می‏دهد که الگوریتم پیشنهادی به خوبی ردیابی وتخمین کلاس هدف را انجام می‌دهد.
