 این مقاله به مسأله پایدارسازی مجانبی و ردیابی موقعیت و نیرو در سیستم عمل از دور دوطرفه غیرخطی در حضور نیروهای تماسی غیرمنفعل، تأخیرزمانی متغیردر کانال ارتباطی و رخداد عیب در عملگرها می پردازد. به این منظور، یک قانون کنترل تحمل پذیر عیب با رویکرد غیرفعال ارائه می شودکه با استفاده از موقعیت و سرعت زاویه ای بازوهای ربات های محلی و دور اهداف کنترلی را برآورده می کند. با استفاده از قضییه لیاپانف-کرازوفسکی شرایط کافی پایداری مجانبی و ردیابی موقعیت در سیستم حلقه بسته به صورت یک سری ناتساوی های ماتریسی خطی برای تنظیم پارامترهای کنترل کننده استخراج می شود. از مزایای مهم روش ارائه شده این است که توانایی جبران همزمان عیب بایاس و افت کارایی عملگرها را برای سیستم عمل از دور غیرخطی فراهم می کند. همچنین پایداری مجانبی خطای ردیابی موقعیت در حضور نیروهای تماسی غیرمنفعل بواسطه کنترل انتگرال تضمین می شود. نتایج شبیه سازی روش مورد نظر روی سیستم عمل از دور با ربات های 2 و 3 درجه آزادی و مقایسه آن با روش رقیب، کارایی و مزایای روش را نشان می دهد.
